Why can the custom screen printing mcallen process work right for some time and as soon as you get started printing white inksmash, a street block? The reality is, you might have been doing the wrong things the entire time, it just didn't appear yet. It is like swimming, certain you can dog paddle and flounder across the pool daily. But in regards to swimming over a long distance, with no correct techniques, you will work twice as hard and get half as far.
Printing on light clothes is a lot simpler than printing white on dark garments. On bright clothing, perhaps not just as much ink is needed to attain decent coverage. Also many times you are working with inks that are thinner. Ink changes in viscosity based on how much pigment it's inside. As an example, black ink is virtually always likely to be printed on lighter colors, the pigments necessary for the black to appear are substantially less than the dyes needed for a white ink to pay a dark outfit. Thus, you are black ink a lot thinner and easier to use. Considering the ink is thinner, it moves through the screen net a lot simpler, with less power, and clears the display.
So essentially when establishing a display printing job which needs black ink on a tee top, you may use the incorrect screen net, don't have any off a touch, and print together with the wrong squeegee technique and get an"OK" looking closing print. But if these same incorrect techniques are attempted when printing white ink, uh oh, game over! The unfortunate thing is, many printers begin this way and instruct themselves entirely erroneous. In reality, this is the way I heard. It is not the end of the world though!
